HORRIBLE service!! Had to wait 45 minutes for our food. Requested a refund but did not get it. I'll be contacting corporate.
Most of the time things are ok, but 2 times lately I have been displeased

The service is okay food is okay isn't delivered as fast as other locations and drink some everything's to be mixed properly

Once I had no chili on my foot long chili dog and once I asked for the new chicken club. They put chicken Toaster on the board. I said I want the chicken club that is pictured on the moving screen. She asked someone and said yes we will get you that one. When it came out it was on toast, not what I had asked for and verified. She said she would take it back but the only difference was the bread. That is not what the board said. I took a picture of the board should have taken a picture of my sandwich.
Most times at the Sonics in lexington ms. The order is subpar . Order is often wrong, service is just ok and food either has no flavor or too salty
